All volunteers and paid workers within the Church who work with children or vulnerable adults must complete a PVG application through Disclosure Scotland AND COMPLETE SAFEGUARDING INDUCTION TRAINING before taking up post.

Safeguarding Training

As part of the safe recruitment procedures for the Catholic Church in Scotland, all volunteers undertaking regulated work should complete an application form for their role, apply to become a member of the PVG scheme, provide details of two referees and attend Safeguarding Training.
